Who runs the shop

The website is operated by Georgia Elliott Pty Ltd, trading as Georgia Elliott, and the words we, us and our mean the label. Visiting the site or buying from it means accepting these terms along with the policies they point to. The store runs on the Shopify platform. The terms may be changed by posting a new version here, and continued use counts as acceptance.

Using the site

Buyers confirm that they are of legal age where they live, or that a guardian has allowed a minor to use the site. The products may not be used for anything unlawful, and nothing harmful such as malicious code may be sent through the site. The label may refuse service, and no part of the service may be copied or resold without written permission. Prohibited uses also include harassment, false information, scraping and attempts to get around security.

Prices, orders and information

Prices, descriptions and availability can change without notice, and the label may limit quantities, refuse an order or cancel one, including after it has been placed. Colours shown on screen cannot be guaranteed to match the product. The label may correct errors in descriptions, pricing or shipping charges, and customers agree to give accurate, current details with every order. The material on the site is general information and not guaranteed to be complete or up to date.

Nut allergy notice

The garments come in a gift box that contains a sealed bag of peanuts as a gift. A buyer who, or whose recipient, has a nut allergy must say so at checkout so the nuts are left out of the box.

Other people's tools, links and comments

Third-party tools and links on the site are outside the label's control, and complaints about third-party products go to the third party. Contest entries, ideas and other comments sent to the label may be used, edited and published by it without payment, and senders confirm that what they send breaks no one's rights and is not abusive or unlawful.

Liability and law

The service is provided as is and as available, with no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the label's liability is limited as far as the law allows. Customers agree to cover the label against claims that arise from their breach of the terms. If one provision is unenforceable the rest stand, and the terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
