Sizing and fabric

Sizing follows Australian standards, and a sizing guide is linked from the product pages. The Come Fly With Me collection is designed as an oversized fit, and Georgia wears a size S in all of its pictures.

The cotton pieces are 100% cotton, light and breathable. The satin sets are listed on their own pages as 100% polyester. Care instructions for each piece are on its page; for the cotton sets they are a gentle cold wash with like colours, no bleach or wringing, a cool iron inside out, and no tumble dryer or dry cleaning.

New products and restocks are announced on the label's Instagram account, @lovegeorgiaelliott.

Shipping

Standard shipping across Australia is free, and Express Post can be chosen at checkout for a flat $10. All orders are sent from metro Melbourne and packed within one to two business days. Transit time depends on the destination and the method; the Australia Post delivery calculator gives an estimate.

International orders are priced on the shipping and returns page. The shop's own FAQ once said that it could not ship abroad because of Covid-19, so write to hello@lovegeorgiaelliott.com before ordering from outside Australia.

Returns and changes

A garment can be returned within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn, unwashed, still carries its original tag and comes back in its calico bag. The eye mask has to travel back with the set; the other gifted items do not.

Return shipping on exchanges and returns is paid by the customer unless the garment is faulty. A trackable prepaid method such as Australia Post is recommended, because the label takes no responsibility for returns without proof of delivery.
