Returns and refunds

The label is confident you will be happy with your PJs, and accepts returns on these conditions: the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, counted from the date of purchase; it is unworn, unwashed and still has its original tag; and it comes back in its original packaging in original condition. The eye mask must be returned with the set, and the other gifted items do not need to be.

If an item meets these conditions, a return can be lodged. Georgia Elliott reserves the right to deny a refund when the goods do not meet the policy once assessed. If a garment is faulty, email hello@lovegeorgiaelliott.com.

Shipping on exchanges and returns is paid by the customer unless the garment is faulty. A prepaid, trackable method such as Australia Post is recommended; Georgia Elliott takes no responsibility for returns without proof of delivery. To return a garment, write with the order number and the reason for the return.

The shipping and returns page counts the 14 days from the day the item is received, so check the order confirmation or write to hello@lovegeorgiaelliott.com if the dates matter.
