Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is free, and Express Post is a flat $10 at checkout. Orders leave metro Melbourne and are packed within one to two business days, then sent as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days in Victoria, 2 to 6 business days to NSW, ACT, SA and Queensland metro and most regional areas, and 3 to 10 business days to WA, the Northern Territory and Tasmania. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days around Australia. Outer-regional areas may take slightly longer.

International shipping

Sending abroad costs extra: $25 to New Zealand, $40 to Europe, $35 to the United Kingdom and $45 to the US and Canada. For any other region, write to hello@lovegeorgiaelliott.com.

Returns and refunds

To return a garment, email hello@lovegeorgiaelliott.com with the order number and the reason. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn and unwashed with its original tag attached, and it must come back in its calico bag. The eye mask must be returned with the set, while the other gifted items need not be.

If an item meets these conditions a return can be lodged. The label reserves the right to refuse a refund when the goods do not meet the policy once assessed. A faulty garment should be reported by email.

Shipping on exchanges and returns is paid by the customer unless the garment is faulty. A prepaid trackable method such as Australia Post is recommended, since Georgia Elliott takes no responsibility for returns that cannot be proven delivered.
